REACH Personal Style Profile

The most used multi-purpose report which is easily read and understood by people in their first exposure. This is the most common report used for awareness, team development and integrated into learning experiences such as communication skills training. 8 pages long.

REACH Leading Profile

In the REACH Ecosystem the 360’s extend directly off the REACH profile so when a person has completed their REACH profile in any other context, they don’t need to complete an additional survey to participate in a 360 initiative – an important feature to reduce survey fatigue.

Known affectionately as a ‘3-minute 360’ using 360’s in REACH is very light touch where raters are asked to complete a mobile-friendly 3-minute (plus comments) survey. The report is detailed, powerful and positively framed.

REACH Culture Survey

The REACH approach to Culture and Engagement provides clarity on strengths and opportunities using a simple visual framework consistent with the other tools in the REACH Ecosystem.

This report is commonly used to assess the micro-cultures found in each team, as well as the complete organisational culture and engagement index.

The amount of clarity, especially when used with the resources below make this the Culture Survey loved by CEO’s wanting to see targeted action taken based on the results of Culture Surveys.

Resource Description/ Purpose

Personal Interview Coach

A unique report used by recruiters to help candidates prepare to perform better in interviews, and by organisations to support outplacement of staff by giving them awareness of their strengths, ideal working environment and how to prepare for their interviews.

REACH Position Profile

A one-page report designed specifically for use in recruitment that shows how closely a person’s ten-dimenions match to the10 dimensions of people that are high-performing in the same role.


REACH provides an evidence-based measurement of an individual’s, leader’s and/or team’s ability to adapt to different people, tasks, and situations quickly and fluidly. Based on the results, the system generates training needs analysis reports that pick specific training courses and coaching activities that target the current development priorities to grow REACH. Unique to the REACH Ecosystem, the recommended courses and coaching activities are all directly linked from the analysis so there is no time needed to identify or develop resources to take action.

REACH Report Name Description/ Purpose

For Staff Development

The Training needs analysis reports can be downloaded for individuals, or a consolidated report for the entire team. The reports select courses and activities that will build REACH.

For Leadership Development

Like the Staff Development Training Needs Analysis, the courses, activities and coaching provided are based on growing REACH. The recommendations in these reports are based off multi-rater feedback using the 360’s.

For improving Culture of specific Teams or the Organisation

Like the Training Needs Analysis, the report is based on growing REACH – this time by assessing the behaviours at an organisational level.

This report is particularly powerful to help offset the bias that naturally occurs in manually unpacking Culture Surveys that is caused by people unavoidably focussing on specific negative feedback that may not be representative of the broader employee experience.

A fully editable, complete training library for your unlimited use.

The library is most suited for activity-based learning with groups between 6 and 16 people per session. The learning experience is 20% theory and 80% activity-based learning. It has been developed for adult learners in a work context. The courses have received outstanding feedback across the world with an average feedback of 9/10 from trainers, participants, and the course bookers/sponsors.

You can edit and re-brand the course materials to suit your needs and deliver the training to internal staff and external clients.

The only restriction is that you cannot on-sell the materials for someone else to utilise. The licence is for your organisation’s use only.

    • There is no ‘system to roll out’ access is granted to the people responsible for people development so they can use the resources as needed.
    • While the resources in REACH can replace tools you already use, REACH is not an all or nothing proposition. Each of the resources can be used be used as a stand-alone resource. The low cost of subscriptions means that even using just one of the resources still provides great value.
    • Often the use of additional REACH tools grows organically over time as participants grow to love the REACH experience. However, if you have a tool that is embedded into your organisation such as a culture survey or 360 that you want to continue to use. Simply do not use REACH Culture or 360s – the subscription’s value is still exceptional
